Wir laden Dich ein, Teil des erfolgreichen Boutique Hotel Hauser zu werden.

Das Team sympathischer, gut gelaunter KollegInnen ist täglich von früh bis spät für unsere Gäste da und sorgt für eine wunderbar persönliche Atmosphäre.

Ab sofort suchen wir Dich als 1 Rezeptionist_in Was Du mitbringen solltest:

* Spaß am persönlichen Kontakt mit Menschen

* Versiert am PC (MS Office)

* Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend, gerne auch eine weitere Fremdsprache

* Hohe Eigenmotivation und Engagement

* Offene und positive Ausstrahlung, herzliche Umgangsformen

* Erfahrung von Vorteil, wir freuen uns aber auch über engagierte Quereinsteiger_innen

Was Dich erwartet:

* Arbeitsabläufe im Hotel planen, organisieren, koordinieren

* Gästekorrespondenz

* Erstellen von Seminar- und Gruppenanfragen

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen

* Betreuung der Gäste, Seminartrainer und Tagungsgäste

* Betreuung von Veranstaltungen

* Reklamationen behandeln

* Rechnungen erstellen, Hotelkassa führen

* allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Front- und Backofficebereich

* Da wir in einem kleinen, flexiblen Team arbeiten wirst Du auch in der Hotelbar Edi's Bar und fallweise beim Frühstücksservice eingesetzt.
