Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Rezeptionist/in

Saisonstelle ab 10.12.2026 bis 04.04.2027

Du bist das pulsierende Herz des Hotels das erste "Herzlich Willkommen!" und das letzte "Gute Heimfahrt!".

Bei Dir laufen alle Fäden zusammen. Jede Anfrage beantwortest Du mit Leichtigkeit, jede Verbindung knüpfst Du mühelos. Hunger auf Zimmer 125? Ein Snack ist schon organisiert. Ein weinender kleiner Gast in Zimmer 309 braucht ein Kuscheltier? Schon auf dem Weg, um einen weiteren Urlaub zu retten.

Zwischendurch jonglierst Du mit E-Mails und löst jede Herausforderung. Ein aufgeregter Anrufer kann Dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, denn Du findest stets eine Lösung. Du bist die Ruhe in Person und trägst die Verantwortung in Deinen Händen.

Was Dich erwartet:

* Begrüßung der (zahlreichen Stamm-) Gäste

* Check-In / Check-Out

* Kassieren von Hotelrechnungen

* Ausstellung von Tickets

* Umfangreiche Betreuung der Gäste im Bereich der Guest Relation / Empfehlungen in der Region

* Datenpflege

* Administrative Aufgaben der Rezeption

* Koordination der Gästewünsche im Haus

* Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Behandlungen im Spa
