Du liebst Hunde, arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Unser liebevoll geführtes Hundehotel bietet Vierbeinern ein zweites Zuhause - mit viel Zuwendung, Struktur und professioneller Betreuung. Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Rezeptionist/in in Jahresanstellung (Teilzeit oder Vollzeit). Deine Aufgaben:

* Herzlicher Empfang unserer Zwei- und Vierbeinigen Gäste

* Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz mit Kunden

* Terminplanung und Reservierungsmanagement

* Check-in und Check-out der Hunde

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten (z. B. Datenpflege, Rechnungsstellung)

* Ansprechpartner/in für Fragen und Anliegen unserer Kundschaft

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betreuungsteam

Das bringst du mit:

* Erfahrung im Empfangs-/Servicebereich oder als Rezeptionistin von Vorteil

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Freude am Umgang mit Hunden und ihren Haltern

* Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Stressresistenz

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse zum Führen der Gästekorrespondenz, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
