Für unser PATRIX* 4 BOUTIQUEHOTEL RESTAURANT in Frankenburg suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n 1 REZEPTIONIST/IN (m/w/d) Vollzeit oder Teilzeit 20-40 Stunden

Wir suchen bewusst eine Persönlichkeit, die bereits Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption mitbringt, selbstständig arbeitet, organisiert und auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen den Überblick behält.

IHRE AUFGABEN

+ Professionelle Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste von der Anfrage bis zur Abreise

+ Check-in und Check-out

+ Bearbeitung von Zimmeranfragen, Reservierungen, Umbuchungen und Stornierungen

+ Erstellung von Angeboten und Buchungsbestätigungen

+ Telefonische und schriftliche Gästekorrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch

+ Betreuung von Firmenkunden, internationalen Gästen sowie Gruppen- und Seminarbuchungen

+ Arbeiten mit Hotel-, Reservierungs- und Buchungssystemen

+ Kontrolle von Anreisen, Abreisen, Belegung und Verfügbarkeiten

+ Rechnungslegung, Rechnungskontrolle und Zahlungsabwicklung

+ Bearbeitung von Firmenrechnungen und offenen Zahlungen

+ Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

+ Aktiver Verkauf von Zimmern und Zusatzleistungen

+ Abstimmung mit Housekeeping, Restaurant, Küche und Veranstaltungsbereich

+ Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

DAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN

+ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel-, Gastronomie-, Tourismus- oder Bürobereich

+ Entsprechende bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption

+ Erfahrung mit Hotel-, Reservierungs- und Buchungssystemen

+ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

+ Sicherer Umgang mit PC, E-Mail und Office-Anwendungen

+ Erfahrung mit Reservierungen, Rechnungslegung und Zahlungsabwicklung

+ Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

+ Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kaufmännisches Verständnis

+ Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität

+ Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

+ Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

+ Führerschein B und eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes

+ Weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen

ENTLOHNUNG

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt bei Vollzeit ab € 2.159,00 brutto pro Monat.

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Verantwortungsbereich vorgesehen. Gute Leistung und entsprechende Erfahrung möchten wir auch entsprechend honorieren.

Bei Teilzeit erfolgt die Entlohnung aliquot.

REZEPTIONSZEITEN

Montag bis Freitag 07:00-21:00 Uhr

Samstag 08:00-21:00 Uhr

Sonntag und Feiertag 08:00-16:00 Uhr

Die konkreten Arbeitszeiten werden im Rahmen des Dienstplans vereinbart.
