* erste/r Ansprechpartner_in für alle Menschen, die ins Haus kommen

* herzlicher Empfang, freundliche Betreuung und das selbstständige Bearbeiten aller Anfragen - seien sie persönlich, telefonisch oder per Email

* Erledigung sämtlicher Aufgaben in Zusammenhang mit den Zimmerbuchungen und Therapieplanungen

Mein Profil

Wegerfahrung mitbringen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Hotellerie erwünscht

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position ist von großem Vorteil

* sehr gute Microsoft-Office, sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und ein Gespür für Menschen

* Flexibilität und Stressresistenz
