Für unser im April 2019 neu eröffnetes Erwachsenenhotel suchen wir 1 Rezeptionist_in (m/w/d)

Freue dich auf ein engagiertes Team, das ein gemeinsames Ziel hat: Das haldensee - Naturerlebnis und Wellnesshotel zu einem besonderen Ort zu machen. Durch Wertschätzung und viel Aufmerksamkeit wird unser Haus zu einem unvergleichlichen Urlaubszuhause für unsere Gäste.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden, 5 Tage-Woche

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

- Herzliche und zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung

- Frontoffice mit den Aufgaben: Check-In/Check-Out, Erfüllung von Gästewünschen, Buchung von Wellnessanwendungen, Beratung über Aktivitäten

- Hausführungen für Hausgäste und Interessenten

- Drucksortenerstellung (Wochenprogramm, Morgenpost, etc.)

- Verwaltung des Kassabestands und Kassaabschluss

- Backoffice mit den Aufgaben: Verkaufsgespräche und Beratung am Telefon, Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Erstellung von Angeboten und Buchungen

- der Tätigkeit entsprechend sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
