Ich bin erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Menschen, die ins Haus kommen. Deshalb ist mein herzlicher Empfang, meine freundliche Betreuung und das selbständige Bearbeiten aller Anfragen - seien sie persönlich, telefonisch oder per Email - so wichtig. Ich manage zudem sämtliche Aufgaben, die mit den Zimmerbuchungen zu tun haben. Was mich dabei unterstützt? Ein kollegiales Team und moderne Arbeitsmittel und Methoden.

Mein Profil

Wegerfahrung mitbringen

* Idealerweise bringe ich eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Hotellerie mit

* Meine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position ist von großem Vorteil

* Meine Microsoft-Office sowie meine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut

* Ich arbeite strukturiert und habe auch ein gutes Gespür für Menschen

* In Stresssituationen bewahre ich einen guten Überblick und löse viele Probleme vorab mit Humor und Empathie
