Zur Verstärkung unseres motivierten Teams im VITAL & SPORTHOTEL BRIXEN suchen wir ab sofort in Daueranstellung 1 Rezeptionist (m/w/d) "Die strahlende Visitenkarte zum herzlichen Willkommen"

Deine Aktivitäten:

Vom herzlichen Willkommen beim Check-In bis zum bedauernden Lächeln beim Check-Out bist Du für unsere Gäste mit Leidenschaft im Einsatz. Persönlich und individuell berätst Du zukünftige wie treue Gäste am Telefon und erstellst überzeugende Angebotsmails.

Unsere Rezeption ist die Zentrale für alle Wünsche unserer Gäste. Hier entstehen Tagesprogramme, Online-Infos, Tagesmenus. Ebenso laufen hier alle Reservierungen von Direktbuchern, Reiseveranstaltern und Onlineportalen zusammen.

Du unterstützt Deine Kollegen und die Hotelleitung in der Kommunikation, mit Buchhaltung, Administration und Organisation.

Dein Profil:

* Du hast erste oder auch bereits längere Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie, Tourismus-, Kreuzfahrtbranche oder Vergleichbarem, praktisch oder gerne auch durch Deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung.

* Du bist vom Herzen Gastgeber. Stets trägst Du ein Lächeln mit Dir, bewahrst auch in turbulenten Momenten die Ruhe, findest jederzeit freundliche Worte.

* Hotelprogramme sind Dein Freund, PC-Anwendungen Deine Freundin, von Internet & Co nimmst Du gerne Hilfe an. Und tägliches Dazulernen macht Dir Freude.

* Deutsch - in Wort und Schrift beherrschst Du, Englisch auch auf gutem Niveau. Weitere Fremdsprachen (z.B. Holländisch, Italienisch, Französisch) sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss.

* Für Dich sind Flexibilität, Motivation, Einsatzfreude, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit nicht nur Floskeln für die Bewerbung.

* Führerschein PKW von Vorteil, kein Muss. Wiedereinsteiger willkommen. Teilzeit auf Anfrage möglich.

Langjährige Mitarbeiter zeigen, dass man sich bei uns im Team wohlfühlen kann. Langweilig wird es nie. Dazu sehr angenehme Gäste und eine fast familiäre Atmosphäre in den wunderbaren Kitzbüheler Alpen mit diversen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die Du in Deiner Freizeit genießen kannst.

Im Regelfall bist Du mit einer 6-Tage/48 Stunden-Woche aktiv (außer bei Teilzeit) - auf Wunsch ist auch eine 5-Tage-Woche möglich. Dafür erhältst Du je nach Qualifikation und Betriebszugehörigkeit bei uns natürlich eine übertarifliche Bezahlung - später wachsen Leistung und Gehalt gleichermaßen. Des Weiteren wird ein anteilmäßiges 13.+14. Gehalt ausbezahlt.

ÜBRIGENS: Wir sind kein klassisches Saisonhotel mit nur 3-5 Monaten je Saison. Wir haben fast das ganze Jahr geöffnet und bieten somit die Möglichkeit auch langfristig Arbeit und Lohn zu haben.

Personalessen ist für Dich kostenfrei. Auch an freien Tagen.

Und in der Freizeit gibt es auch das benötigte Wellness-, Fitness-, Sport-Programm.
