Das solltest du mitbringen: * Gastgeber-Profi mit Führungserfahrung - mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption, idealerweise bereits in einer leitenden oder stellvertretenden Position * Teamleader mit Herz & Klarheit - Du führst, motivierst und unterstützt dein Rezeptionsteam und sorgst für ein respektvolles und professionelles Miteinander * Organisations-Virtuose (m/w/d) - Du behältst auch an turbulenten Tagen den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe an der Rezeption * Kommunikations-Profi - gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Mitarbeitern * Lösungsfinder & Beschwerde-Profi - Du gehst professionell mit Gästewünschen und Beschwerden um, triffst Entscheidungen und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen die passende Lösung * Qualitäts-Hüter_in - Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail, entwickelst Abläufe weiter und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere Qualitäts- und Servicestandards sicher * Digital-Profi - sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware - Kenntnisse in Gastrodat von Vorteil * Gastgeber_in aus Leidenschaft - herzliches, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie echte Freude daran, unseren Gästen einen besonderen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen

Das sind deine Aufgaben: * Teamführung & Organisation - Du führst unser Rezeptionsteam, koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe und sorgst für eine klare Aufgabenverteilung. * Dienst- & Urlaubsplanung - Du erstellst gemeinsam mit uns die Dienstpläne und behältst Urlaube, freie Tage und die personelle Besetzung im Blick. * Qualitätsmanagement - Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Standards an der Rezeption eingehalten werden und entwickelst Abläufe gemeinsam mit uns weiter. * Gastgeber_in & Beschwerdemanagement - Du bist Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Gäste und übernimmst insbesondere bei besonderen Wünschen und Beschwerden Verantwortung. * Team-Coaching - Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter_innen ein, unterstützt dein Team im Alltag und gibst regelmäßig Feedback. * Abteilungs-Koordination - Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Rezeption, Housekeeping, Service, Haustechnik und Geschäftsleitung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss. * Operative Rezeption - Du bist selbst Gastgeber_in: Check-in & Check-out, Gästebetreuung, Korrespondenz, Reservierungen und Verkauf gehören weiterhin zu deinem Arbeitsalltag. * Kontrolle & Tagesabschluss - Du behältst offene Aufgaben, Abrechnungen, Gästeinformationen und organisatorische Abläufe im Blick und stellst sicher, dass nichts liegen bleibt.
