Ervaring: Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring op het gebied van risicomanagement. Kennis: Van interne beheersing en assurance frameworks waaronder ISAE 3402 Type II. Persoonlijkheid: Je bent analytisch scherp, organisatiesensitief & overtuigend. Salaris: € 6.500,- en € 7.500,- p/m. WAT GA JE DOEN? Zo houden we onze dienstverlening betrouwbaar. Maar de ontwikkeling van nieuwe betaalmogelijkheden met OVpay zorgt voor een steeds complexer speelveld, met nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en toenemende eisen vanuit toezichthouders. Als Risk Officer speel je een sleutelrol in het verder versterken van het risicomanagement en de interne beheersing binnen Translink. Je werkt nauw samen met de Manager Risk & Compliance en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van het integrale Risk & Control Framework. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen risico's, processen, beheersmaatregelen, monitoring en rapportage. Daarbij vertaal je interne en externe normen naar een werkbare inrichting van de interne beheersing en stimuleer je een 'comply to many'-benadering, waarbij één beheersmaatregel waar mogelijk meerdere normen afdekt. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie van de ISAE 3402 Type II-verantwoording. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen beheersingsdoelstellingen, risico's en beheersmaatregelen, stemt af met de externe auditor en draagt b...
