Ben je een ervaren uitvoerder in de bouw met een specialisatie in ruwbouw? Dan hebben wij een nieuwe uitdaging voor jou als Ruwbouw Uitvoerder. Je gaat je bezighouden met de bouw van twee appartementencomplexen met kelderbakken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het aansturen van timmerlieden, metselaars, betonwerkers en onderaannemers, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele uitvoering en een goed georganiseerde bouwplaats; - Bestuderen van bestekken, tekeningen en werkplannen, voorbereiden van de ruwbouwfasen en opstellen van een realistische en haalbare project planning; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering, controleren van maatvoering en funderingen en het tijdig signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen; - Het toezien op een veilige werkomgeving door het uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes, controleren van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en handhaven van orde en netheid; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en projectleiding, rapporteren van voortgang en zorgvuldig bijhouden van administratieve en technische documentatie.

Als Ruwbouw Uitvoerder zijn dit cruciale eigenschappen om te hebben, maar daarnaast verwachten we ook: - Een afgeronde mbo-diploma; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als uitvoerder in de ruwbouwfase; - Goede plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden; - In bezit van een rijbewijs B; - Een VCA VOL certificaat.
