Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Sie arbeiten im notärztlichen Rettungsdienst * Ihr Hauptaugenmerk liegt in der Abteilung für Notfallmedizin mit all ihren Teilbereichen

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben die Anerkennung als Arzt/Ärztin für Allgemeinmedizin. * Sie besitzen ein Notarztdiplom. * Sie haben intensivmedizinische Erfahrung. * Sie haben Interesse an der Notfallmedizin. * Sie haben Spaß am Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden bzw. Patientinnen und Patienten. * Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Team- und Patient*innenorientierung.

Im Zuge einer Aufnahme in diese Berufsgruppe ist die Vorlage eines Immunitätsnachweises (Impfstatus) für verschiedene Impfungen erforderlich. Für eventuell anfallende Kosten durch die Erbringung des Immunitätsnachweises ist kein Ersatz durch den Wiener Gesundheitsverbund vorgesehen.

Für Mitarbeiter*innen, die bereits bei der Stadt Wien beschäftigt sind, ergibt sich die Entlohnung für die ausgeschriebene Stelle durch die Dienstposten- bzw. Funktionsbewertung und die entsprechende Einreihung im jeweiligen Gehaltssystem. Für neue Mitarbeiter*innen beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt laut Wiener Bedienstetengesetz für diese Stelle € 7.528 (40 Wochenstunden, 14x jährlich) zuzüglich 150 Euro Erschwernisabgeltung 14 mal jährlich. Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten ergibt sich ein höheres Gehalt.

Die Abteilung für Notfallmedizin wird Ende 2026 neu eröffnet. Auf über 2.500m2 wird die Akutversorgung der Notfallpatienten gewährleistet. Die neu errichtete Abteilung wird über 2 Schockraumplätze, 3 Überwachungspositionen, 12 U/B Bereiche für liegende und 6 U/B Bereiche für gehende Patienten verfügen. Zusätzlich wird eine Station mit 15 Betten betrieben, wo Notfallpatienten über Nacht betreut werden. Ein Computertomograph zur raschen Bildgebung befindet sich im direkten Anschluss an den Schockraum. Derzeit werden an der Abteilung bis zu 90 Rettungszufahrten und 30 Selbstkommende pro 24 Stunden betreut.

Das zweite Standbein der Abteilung für Notfallmedizin ist die notärztliche Versorgung der Wiener Bevölkerung in Kooperation mit der Wiener Berufsrettung. Wir betreiben 2 Notarzteinsatzfahrzeuge (NEF), die in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Abteilung stationiert sind. Diese werden unter der Notrufnummer 144 von der Wiener Berufsrettung zu Einsätzen disponiert. Die notärztliche Tätigkeit im Rettungsdienst ist Teil unseres breiten Aufgabenfeldes. Von den beiden NEF werden jährlich bis zu 9.000 Einsätze durchgeführt.
