Der Verein "Grüner Kreis" steht für die Rehabilitation und Integration suchtkranker Menschen und bietet als führende Einrichtung in Österreich bei Abhängigkeitsproblemen rasche und professionelle Hilfe.

"Eine Organisation ist nur so gut wie ihre Mitarbeiter_innen". Das vorrangige Ziel unseres Vereins ist eine optimale soziale und berufliche Rehabilitation und Integration aller unserer Patient_innen. 280 Mitarbeiter_innen setzen sich täglich dafür ein und begleiten suchtkranke Menschen auf ihrem Weg aus der Sucht zurück in die Gesellschaft.

Wir suchen: 1 Sachbearbeiter_in für Backoffice-Agenden

Aufgaben:

* Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Leistungsabrechnung

* Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen (z. B. Fördergeber*innen)

* Bearbeitung von Rückfragen zu Verrechnungen

* Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung von Daten, Berichten, Auswertungen

* Organisation und Verwaltung administrativer Abläufe

* Dokumentation

* Termin- und Fristenmanagement

* Unterstützung bei Projekten und internen organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

* Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Qualitätsstandards

Wir erwarten uns:

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, insbesondere Excel)

* Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und Verwaltungssoftware

* Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken gepaart mit einer strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Hohe Resilienz und Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen

* Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
