Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Flughafen Wien/Schwechat suchen wir 2 Sachbearbeiter_in für die Paketabwicklung in der Abendschicht

in Teilzeit (25 Wochenstunden)

[email protected] als nur ein Nebenjob in der Logistik: Weil es dich nur einmal gibt, suchen wir genau dich für unsere reibungslose Paketabwicklung. Du bist motiviert, eifrig und packst gerne mit an? Werde Teil unseres großartigen Teams, das jeden Tag sein Bestes gibt, um unseren Kunden ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH BEINHALTET

* Die Paketrücknahme inkl. Scannen und Aufteilen der Pakete.

* Die Paketeingabe in UPS-Systeme und die Paketbearbeitung, wie z.B. Adresskorrekturen und Schadensbearbeitung

* Den telefonischen und persönlichen Kundenkontakt (Zustelltermine vereinbaren, Paketannahme und -ausgabe, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden)

* Deine Arbeitszeit ist von Montag bis Freitag von 17:00 bis 22:00 Uhr - insgesamt 25 Stunden pro Woche

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

* Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2)

* Deine guten MS-Office Kenntnisse und guten Englischkenntnisse

* Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Deine Flexibilität und Pünktlichkeit

* Deine Zuverlässigkeit

* Ein eigener PKW zur Anreise zum Arbeitsplatz ist von Vorteil

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

* Pünktliche Entlohnung - dein Mindestgehalt beträgt brutto monatlich 1.690,00 Euro für 25 Stunden pro Woche, abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
