Hadolt Transport und Logistik GmbH ist ein Transportunternehmen mit Tradition und wurde im Jahre 1959 gegründet. Mit unserem hundertdreißig Fahrzeuge umfassenden Eigenfuhrpark bedienen wir die Bundesländer Steiermark, Kärnten flächendeckend innerhalb von 24 Stunden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kalsdorf suchen wir für Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zum sofortigen Eintritt eine_n: 1 Sachbearbeiter_in in der Expressabwicklung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Du übernimmst die Abwicklung von Speditionsaufträgen.

* Du bist kommunikativ mit unseren Kund_innen und hast ein offenes Ohr bei Problemen.

* Deine genaue Sendungsüberwachung inklusive Rückmeldung bei Abweichungen begeistert unsere Kund_innen.

* Durch deine gewissenhafte Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben gibt es keine Lücken.

Deine fachlichen Fähigkeiten:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK) von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit kaufmännischer Affinität und Bezug zu Spedition sind herzlich willkommen.

* Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Fremdsprachen würden uns begeistern, sind aber kein Muss. Englisch wäre von Vorteil.

Deine persönlichen Fähigkeiten:

* Du bist sehr gut organisiert, denkst vernetzt und kannst dich schnell in unterschiedliche Aufgaben eindenken.

* Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kund_innen wie auch Kolleg_innen, egal ob persönlich oder am Telefon.

* Gegenseitige Unterstützung und Zusammenhalt im Team sind auch dir wichtig.

* Auch stressige Situationen bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe.
