* Du beschaffst Ersatzteile und Hilfs- bzw. Verbrauchsgüter für die Wartung und Instandhaltung bzw. Reparatur unserer Produktionsanlagen und nicht produzierenden Anlagen

* Du führst Lieferantengespräche. Du wickelst Anfragen und Bestellungen ab und überwachst Liefertermine. Du vergleichst Angebote, Preise und Lieferanten.

* Du unterstützt die Kollegen der Bestandsführung bei Inventuren

* Du pflegst Materialstammdaten

Deine Erfolgszutaten

* Du hast eine Berufsausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich(LAP, HTL) oder hast vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit technischem Verständnis

* Du bist teamfähig und kontaktfreudig. Du arbeitest gerne mit den Kolleg:innen der Instandhaltung, Buchhaltung und externen Lieferanten zusammen.

* Du hast Kenntnisse in Officeprogrammen. Falls du SAP-Kenntnisse besitzt, ist das von Vorteil. Du arbeitest mit Office 365, SAP und diversen internen und externen WEB-Plattformen

* Dich zeichnet deine Einsatzbereitschaft, dein zuverlässiger und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil aus
