Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen sowie Kundenanfragen und Kundenaufträge

* Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten in enger Abstimmung mit Engineering und Vertrieb Außendienst

* Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung sowie koordinierende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden-, Angebots- und Projektdaten im ERP-/CRM-System

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Vertriebs- und Angebotsprozesse

* Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Konzernstandorten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL)

* Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse und sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Konzernsprache)

* Idealerweise feuerwehrspezifische Kenntnisse, z. B. als aktives Mitglied einer Feuerwehr

Gehalt & Benefits

Für diese Tätigkeit beträgt der Bruttomonatsgehalt € 2,785, - .Überzahlung anhand der Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung ist möglich.
