Für unseren Kunden am Standort 4063 Hörsching suchen wir: 1 Sachbearbeiterin (w/m/d) Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS oder Lehre)

Tätigkeiten: Vorbereitende Arbeiten in der Buchhaltung:

* Rechnungen in ER Buch eintragen

* Arbeiten mit BMD (Rechnungsprüfung Workflow, etc.)

* Excel-Listen führen (Übersichten über abgerechnete Leistungen,

* Auflistung von erhaltenen Fakturen zu einer Bestellung, etc.)

* Vergleiche aufstellen

* Buchungsbelege erstellen

Arbeiten in der ausgangsseitigen Buchhaltung:

* Ausgangsrechnungen erstellen,

* Übersichten zu diesen AR erstellen

* Buchungsbelege erstellen

* Bankgarantien (Anforderung, Übersichtsliste erstellen und überwachen)

Administrative Tätigkeiten: Bearbeitung von Post, E-Mails und Telefonaten sowie die Pflege von Datenbanken

Software:

- gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Erfahrung mit BMD / Abrechnungssoftware (ABK) von Vorteil - Schulungen möglich

Softskills: Analytisches Verständnis, Zahlenaffinität, genaue Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

Engagement und Einsatzfreude

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch gemäß Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
