Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving De salarisadministratie is de core business van de dienstverlening van Please. Met een team van acht collega's zorgen jullie voor een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking van ruim 13.000 medewerkers, verdeeld over verschillende cao's. Door de toenemende complexiteit van wet- en regelgeving en de ambitie om processen verder te professionaliseren, is er ruimte ontstaan voor een senior salarisadministrateur die inhoudelijke kennis combineert met natuurlijk leiderschap. Je komt terecht in een ervaren en divers team met zes collega's in de operatie en twee backoffice experts. De sfeer is nuchter en betrokken. Collega's helpen elkaar, maar verwachten ook dat iemand initiatief neemt, overzicht houdt en verbeteringen in gang zet. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kwaliteit van de salarisadministratie iedere dag een stap beter wordt. Functie Als senior salarisadministrateur ben jij de inhoudelijke kartrekker binnen de afdeling. Je werkt actief mee in de salarisverwerking, zodat je precies weet wat er speelt binnen de operatie. Tegelijkertijd stuur je het team aan, bewaak je de voortgang en ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer, directie en andere afdelingen. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden neem je de leiding over het project op het gebied van procesverbetering. Je analyseert knelpunten, vertaalt veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling klaar is voor de toekomst. Je coacht collega's, voert ontwikkelgesprekken en creëert...
