Binnen de afdeling Salaris & HR Services werk je samen met een team van circa 12 salarisadministrateurs. Samen verzorgen jullie de salarisadministratie voor ongeveer 1.600 werkgevers in uiteenlopende branches. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend, inhoudelijk interessant en klantgericht. Job description Als Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je voert salarisadministraties voor diverse werkgevers en bent voor jouw klanten het vaste aanspreekpunt rondom salaris-, HR- en cao-gerelateerde vragen. Je rol gaat verder dan alleen het verwerken van mutaties. Je signaleert bijzonderheden, denkt vooruit en adviseert klanten over relevante wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast help je werkgevers om de HR-functionaliteiten binnen de applicatie optimaal te gebruiken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verwerken van verloningen en mutaties; - Het verzorgen van pensioen- en loonaangiften; - Journalisering; - Het afgeven van werkgeversverklaringen; - Het behandelen van verlofaanvragen; - Het beantwoorden van vragen over cao's, salarisadministratie en HR; - Het signaleren van kansen, af...
