Nu willen we ons team uitbreiden, en hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die ons komt helpen bij het waar maken van onze ambities. Wat ga je doen? Als Salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige salarisproces. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het verzorgen van de salarisadministratie voor onze klanten. - Het opstellen van salarissen en bijbehorende documenten, zoals loonstroken en jaaropgaven. - Het uitvoeren van benodigde controles en analyses. - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en medewerkers voor vragen en advies. - Het bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en procedures binnen de salarisadministratie. Wie zoeken wij? We zijn op zoek naar iemand die: - 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring heeft in salarisadministratie. - Een relevante opleiding heeft afgerond (PDL). - Kennis heeft van salarissoftware en bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met Nmbrs. - Communicatief sterk is en goed kan samenwerken met klanten en collega's. - Nauwkeurig, analytisch en klantgericht is ingesteld.
