Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de volledige salarisadministratie, inclusief het verwerken van mutaties, het opstellen van loonstroken, en het afdragen van loonheffingen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loonadministratie, arbeidsvoorwaarden, en fiscale wetgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen soepel verlopen.
