Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de wereld van technische infrastructuur en hoogtechnologische projecten zoeken wij een Sales Administration Assistant. Je komt terecht in een groeiende onderneming waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan en waar jouw werk een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan een vlotte dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Administration Assistant zorg je ervoor dat het volledige administratieve proces van bestelling tot facturatie vlot en correct verloopt.

  • Ingeven, controleren en opvolgen van klantbestellingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Nakijken van prijzen, kortingen en commerciële voorwaarden
  • Opstellen van orderbevestigingen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Verwerken van wijzigingen en annulaties van bestellingen
  • Tijdig en correct opmaken van verkoopfacturen
  • Controleren van leveringsbonnen en logistieke documenten
  • Opstellen van creditnota's
  • Verzorgen van periodieke en contractuele facturatie
  • Doorgeven van facturatiegegevens aan de boekhouding
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten met administratieve vragen
  • Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, prijsafspraken en voorwaarden
  • Klanten proactief informeren over afwijkingen of vertragingen
  • Afstemmen met planning, logistiek, finance en andere interne afdelingen
  • Opmaken en beheren van commerciële documenten, certificaten en exportdocumenten
  • Digitaal archiveren van verkoop- en facturatiedocumenten
  • Ondersteunen van rapporteringen en analyses
  • Waken over een correcte datakwaliteit en meedenken over procesverbeteringen

Om deze rol succesvol op te nemen, combineer je een sterk organisatorisch talent met een nauwkeurige werkhouding en een klantgerichte mindset.

  • Diploma in boekhouding, economie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring binnen salesadministratie of facturatie vormt een mooie troef
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Goede kennis van btw-richtlijnen en administratieve processen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel wanneer deadlines naderen
  • Talent voor plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Teamspeler met een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en administratieve software
  • Inzicht in commerciële en logistieke documentstromen
  • Sterke digitale vaardigheden
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
