Voor onze klant in Overpelt zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Sales Advisor om hun team te versterken. Als eerste aanspreekpunt in de winkel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van hoogwaardige klantenservice, het verstrekken van technisch advies en het beheren van de voorraad. Je zult ook nauw samenwerken met elektrische installateurs om commerciële en technische ondersteuning te bieden en relaties op te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Sales Advisor heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winkelervaring van de klant. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Verlenen van commerciële en technische ondersteuning aan elektrische installateurs en het opbouwen van een nauwe relatie met hen.
  • Identificeren van de behoeften van klanten en het bieden van passende oplossingen uit het uitgebreide productgamma.
  • Verlenen van technisch advies aan klanten en het inwinnen van advies bij collega-specialisten indien nodig.
  • Beheren van de voorraad en het logistiek traject opvolgen, inclusief het bijhouden van levertermijnen en het informeren van klanten over de voorraadstatus, geplande levering en lopende opdrachten.
  • Proactief cross-selling toepassen en klanten informeren over lopende commerciële acties en incentives.
  • Continu ontwikkelen van kennis over het productgamma door het volgen van producttrainingen bij partner-leveranciers of via interne platformen.
  • Samenwerken met het team, de commerciële buitendienst, het logistieke team en de partner-leveranciers en rapporteren aan de Branch Manager.

Als Counter Sales Advisor ben je het gezicht van het filiaal en speel je een belangrijke rol in het bieden van hoogwaardige klantenservice en het opbouwen van sterke relaties met de klanten. Je hebt een passie voor technologie en commercie en bent gemotiveerd om jouw kennis te blijven ontwikkelen.   • Technisch opgeleid, bij voorkeur in elektriciteit en aanverwante sectoren zoals HVAC.
  • Ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt.
  • Commercieel aangelegd en in staat om cross-selling toe te passen.
  • Klant- en servicegericht met een passie voor hoogwaardige klantenservice.
  • Leergierig en bereid om voortdurend nieuwe kennis op te doen.
  • Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden om relaties op te bouwen met klanten en collega's.
