Wat ga je doen als Sales Advisor bij BMW?

  • Dankzij jouw product- en mensenkennis slaag je erin dé droomwagen van de klant samen te stellen op basis van zijn/haar behoeften.
  • Je streeft commerciële targets na, enerzijds wat betreft de verkoop van wagens, anderzijds wat betreft de financiële producten en diensten.
  • Je spoort opportuniteiten op door het actief benaderen van potentiële klanten.
  • Naast een commerciële flair verzeker je een correcte administratieve afhandeling en goede opvolging van het klantenbestand en de verkoopdossiers. Op die manier garandeer je een zo hoog mogelijke klanttevredenheid.
  • Je rapporteert aan je salesmanager over jouw verkoopresultaten, klantenopvolging en geplande activiteiten.

Waarmee kan je ons team versterken?

  • Je bent commercieel, communicatief en empathisch ingesteld. Je houdt ervan contacten te leggen én deze relaties ook te onderhouden. Je haalt voldoening uit het sluiten van een goede deal en voelt als geen ander aan wat de klant zoekt en hoe die behandeld wenst te worden.
  • Heb je een relevante opleiding gevolgd of ervaring in de automotive sector? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
  • Een sterke interesse hebben in de fiscale aspecten, zoals de verschillende financiële producten en diensten (leasing, onderhouds- en verzekeringscontracten).
  • Een goede dosis administratie weet jij te waarderen. Je bent nauwkeurig, kan prioriteiten stellen en behaalt zonder moeite vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Een collegiaal persoon die zich flexibel opstelt. Zo ben je onder meer bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
