Voor een toonaangevende speler in elektrische mobiliteit, met baanbrekende batterijtechnologie en standaard full-option wagens zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Advisor met een passie voor innovatie en klantbeleving.

Jouw job:

  • Jij wordt de ultieme BYD ambassadeur en zet de klant steeds op de eerste plaats.
  • Je luistert aandachtig, peilt naar behoeften en weet de juiste vragen te stellen, zodat je precies weet wat je klant verlangt en wat diens budget is.
  • Je diepgaande kennis van ons BYD assortiment stelt je in staat om klanten uitvoerig te adviseren over voertuigen, financierings- en leasingopties, accessoires en services.
  • Proefritten overtuigen moeiteloos.
  • Door middel van actieve prospectie en netwerking breng je regelmatig nieuwe klanten binnen.
  • Je blijft betrokken na het eerste contact : je informeert klanten over aankomende aankopen en de levering van nieuwe voertuigen. Je grondige voorbereiding en uitleg over voertuigspecificaties maken de aflevering tot een unieke ervaring. Ook na de aankoop blijf je het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt.
  • Je zorgt voor een unieke klantbeleving waarbij je je klanten met evenveel enthousiasme en kennis van zaken informeert over nieuwe als over tweedehandswagens.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat een bezoek aan de showroom altijd een stap dichter is bij de perfecte match tussen klant en wagen. Je speelt in op wat klanten écht nodig hebben – inclusief financiering, services en accessoires.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in de automotive sector. Auto's, klantgerichtheid en professionaliteit zijn jouw DNA.
  • Je maakt indruk, straalt vertrouwen uit en overtreft met gemak de verwachtingen van onze klanten.
  • Je bent het enthousiaste commerciële talent dat eerlijk en deskundig advies geeft, teamgeest versterkt en streeft naar ultieme klanttevredenheid.
  • Laat je professionele en klantgerichte houding je grootste troef zijn.
  • Word de ultieme merkambassadeur die passie uitdraagt en uitzonderlijke prestaties neerzet.
