The posting

Als Sales Engineer HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en commercieel begeleiden van klanten bij de keuze van duurzame verwarmingsoplossingen. Je adviseert over warmtepompsystemen (lucht-water, lucht-lucht, geothermie en warmtepompboilers) binnen zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten.

Je beheert inkomende leads in de regio Antwerpen, Kempen, Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant en bezoekt klanten ter plaatse om hun behoeften te analyseren en gericht advies te formuleren. Op basis hiervan werk je offertes op maat uit en zorg je voor een correcte opstart en opvolging van klantendossiers. Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met het interne projectteam zodat dossiers efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van offertes en het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties. Je neemt deel aan beurzen en evenementen en speelt proactief in op commerciële opportuniteiten. Dankzij interne ondersteuning hoef je je niet bezig te houden met prospectie via cold calling en kan je je volledig focussen op verkoop en advies.

  • Technische affiniteit of ervaring binnen HVAC, energie of installatietechnieken
  • Commercieel ingesteld met een sterke klantgerichte aanpak
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en vlot prioriteiten stellen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
  • Nauwkeurig in het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Bereidheid om klanten te bezoeken binnen de toegewezen regio’s
  • Ondernemend en resultaatgericht
