Jobomschrijving

  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, omzetgegevens en commerciëleKPI's.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en Excel-analyses ter ondersteuning van salesgesprekken.
  • Voorbereiden van commerciële dossiers voor key account klanten.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne verkoopteams en externe klanten.
  • Actief afstemmen met sales, marketing en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van productinformatie binnen PIM-systemen.
  • Onderhouden van klantenportalen en bewaken van de datakwaliteit.
  • Verwerken en actualiseren van commerciële en logistieke gegevens.
  • Signaleren van trends, opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten op basis van data.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatieprojecten rond processen en rapportering.
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een commerciële support-, customer service- of analytische functie.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en een duidelijke affiniteit met data-analyse.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Business Central is een plus.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele uitstraling.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een extra troef.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk georganiseerd.
  • Teamspeler die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en oog voor commerciële opportuniteiten.
