Jobomschrijving

Als Sales Assistant:

  • Draag je bij aan een vlotte werking van de afdeling klantenservice.Opvolgen en beheren van verkoopdossiers van reservatie tot akte.
  • Opmaken, verwerken en opvolgen van contractuele documenten (compromissen, volmachten, beheersovereenkomsten).
  • Coördineren van de administratieve opvolging met notarissen en interne diensten.
  • Beheren en actueel houden van CRM-systemen (HubSpot), verkooplijsten en klantendatabases.
  • Opzetten en versturen van e-mailcampagnes, klantcommunicatie en projectupdates.
  • Publiceren en beheren van vastgoedaanbod op websites, vastgoedplatformen en sociale media.
  • Coördineren van online en offline marketingmateriaal, drukwerk en promotiecampagnes.
  • Organiseren van foto- en videoshoots voor vastgoed- en employer brandingdoeleinden.
  • Plannen en ondersteunen van klant- en bedrijfsevents.
  • Beheren van de centrale mailbox en verzorgen van interne en externe communicatie.
  • Uitvoeren van vertalingen (Nederlands/Frans) en administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan andere afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en correctheid van alle verkoop-, marketing- en klantendossiers.

Als Sales Assistant heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Minimaal 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve, marketing- of sales supportfunctie.
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer, dossieropvolging en klantenadministratie.
  • Sterke organisator die verschillende projecten, dossiers en deadlines tegelijk kan beheren.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig en punctueel, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Proactieve, zelfstandige en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede professionele kennis van het Frans.
  • Digitaal sterk: vlot met Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur HubSpot) en sociale media.
  • Sterke schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Klantgericht, discreet en professioneel in de omgang met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
  • Affiniteit met vastgoed, marketing of projectcoördinatie is een sterke troef.
