Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Sales Manager:innen aktiv bei der Neukundengewinnung unterstützt und einen wichtigen Beitrag zum weiteren Wachstum unseres Unternehmens leistet 2 SALES ASSISTANT DIGITAL SALES (W/M/X)

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

* Aktive Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams bei der Neukundengewinnung für digitale Anzeigen- und Vermarktungslösungen.

* Eigenständige telefonische Erstansprache potenzieller B2B-Kund:innen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Vereinbarung von Verkaufsterminen.

* Recherche geeigneter Zielunternehmen sowie Aufbau und Pflege einer qualifizierten Sales-Pipeline im CRM-System.

* Administrative Begleitung des Vertriebsprozesses, von der Terminorganisation bis zur Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Verkaufsunterlagen.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Manager:innen, um Verkaufsaktivitäten optimal vorzubereiten und erfolgreich umzusetzen.

* Wesentlicher Beitrag zur Erreichung der Vertriebsziele und zum weiteren Wachstum unserer digitalen Geschäftsbereiche.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Freude an der telefonischen Kund:innenansprache und keine Scheu vor Cold Calling.

* Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Tele-Sales, Kundenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit von Vorteil.

* Hohe Eigenmotivation, Ausdauer und Begeisterung für vertriebliche Herausforderungen.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein professionelles Auftreten.

* Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

* profunde Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
