Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Internal Sales Medewerker voor de Franse markt verwerk je inkomende bestellingen in SAP en volg je orders en leveringen, in afstemming met de klant, nauwgezet op. Je adviseert klanten over een efficiënte belading van het transport en biedt proactieve ondersteuning bij vragen of uitdagingen. Daarbij ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen de salesorganisatie van het bedrijf, aangezien jij ervoor zorgt dat de klanten steeds helder en correct geïnformeerd worden over al hun productgerelateerde vragen. Met je proactieve houding anticipeer je op vragen, werk je samen met collega's en externe sales binnen jouw regio, en zorg je voor een correcte klantenopvolging. Naast je eigen portefeuille neem je ook back‑up taken op en krijg je de kans om extra projecten en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team te dragen.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ben je net afgestudeerd en zeer gemotiveerd? Dan kom jij ook in aanmerking!
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Vlot met IT-toepassingen, SAP‑ervaring is een troef
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Kritisch en analytisch denkvermogen, met oog voor verbeteringen
  • Klantgerichte en proactieve houding
