Wir entwickeln und produzieren hochwertige Kunststoffverpackungen und Verschlusssysteme für internationale Kunden - insbesondere für die Pharma- und Gesundheitsindustrie.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wien suchen wir 1 Sales Assistant (m/w/d) Teilzeit - 20 Stunden/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des internationalen Sales-Teams bei der Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Geschäftspartner - ohne Reisetätigkeit

* Mitarbeit bei Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten

* Aufbereitung von Markt-, Kunden- und Vertriebsinformationen

* Unterstützung bei der Neukundenakquise und Ansprache potenzieller Geschäftspartner

* Mitarbeit bei der Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Vertriebs- und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

* Koordination technischer Kundenanfragen sowie Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und unseren technischen Fachabteilungen

* Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Präsentationen und Verkaufsunterlagen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsinnendienst, Produktentwicklung, Technik, Qualität und Produktion

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. HAK, HTL, FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- Systemen von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit internationalen Kunden

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Themen und Ansprechpartner zu koordinieren

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis kombiniert mit Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen
