Onze specialiteit ? Pers, boeken, tabak, drank en snacks, Nationale Loterij, multimedia, dienstverleningen ..... kortom, alles wat de klant graag in zijn buurtwinkel komt kopen.

Onze kracht ? We hebben verkooppunten in het hele land : meer dan 180 winkels in stations, winkelstraten, shoppingcentra en andere strategische locaties met ruime openingsuren voor de behoeftes van elke klant.

Onze waarden ? Teamgeest, betrokkenheid, vastberadenheid.

Onze winkel is geopend van maandag tot vrijdag van 5.30 tot 21.00 uur en op zaterdag en zondag van 8.00 tot 20.00 uur

Uw Rol

Het gaat om klanten bedienen maar ook begeleiden, verrassen en elke dag opnieuw een positieve winkelervaring creëren.

Als Sales Assistant ben jij het gezicht van onze winkel: gedreven, klantgericht en met een natuurlijke goesting om te verkopen.

Je krijgt energie van contact met klanten, werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving en draagt actief bij aan het ondernemersverhaal van Shop & More. Samen met je collega’s bouw je elke dag mee aan een winkel waar service, beleving en commerciële flair hand in hand gaan.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden ?

  • Klanten vriendelijk verwelkomen en bedienen.
  • Actief inspelen op vragen van klanten en advies geven met kennis van zaken.
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie: rekken aanvullen, displays vernieuwen, nieuwe producten in de kijker zetten.
  • Voorraadbeheer ondersteunen: leveringen uitpakken, stock tellen, producten juist etiketteren.
  • Kassawerk uitvoeren en de winkel netjes en georganiseerd houden.
  • Meehelpen aan de dagelijkse flow van de winkel: openen, afsluiten en kleine administratieve taken.
  • Nieuwe producten leren kennen en je kennis uitbreiden via interne opleiding.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve en respectvolle teamdynamiek.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het belangrijk dat elke klant zich welkom en goed geholpen voelt.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je op je gemak in een winkelomgeving met zowel drukke als rustige momenten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig: je hebt oog voor detail, zorgt voor een verzorgde winkel en gaat zorgvuldig om met presentatie, etiketten en voorraad.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s om de winkelervaring zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van extra talen zoals Frans of Engels is een troef in een stationsomgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar (weekdagen en weekend).
