Die Mercanta Handels-Gesellschaft m.b.H. mit Sitz in 4040 Linz ist seit rund 50 Jahren erfolgreich auf den Vertrieb von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung für die Öl- und Gasindustrie und löschtechnischer Ausrüstung spezialisiert. Der Großteil der Kunden befindet sich im Mittelmeerraum. Unsere Produkte beziehen wir aus unterschiedlichen Regionen der Welt mit Schwerpunkt EU und USA.

Aufgrund der anhaltend erfolgreichen Umsatzentwicklung unseres Unternehmens sowie die geplante Erweiterung unseres Produktportfolios verstärken wir unser Team und suchen 1 Sales Assistent Vertriebsinnendienst im internationalen Großhandel

Teilzeit (25-30 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben liegen in der Unterstützung unserer Sales Teams, hauptsächlich im Bereich der Bestell- und Auftragsabwicklung im Innendienst und der Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden. Dazu arbeiten Sie mit unserem modernen ERP-System Microsoft D365 BC zur Erstellung, Versendung und Verwaltung von Einkaufsanfragen/-bestellungen, sowie in der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen/-bestellungen sowie Rechnungserstellung. Sie organisieren die Warenlogistik von der Abholung der Waren bis zur Zustellung beim Kunden und Verwalten Zahlungen (Ein- und Ausgänge).

Sie bringen mit:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HBLA, HAK oder ähnlicher Abschluss)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Bürotätigkeit im Großhandel oder ähnlich

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen

(idealerweise Microsoft Navision oder D365 Business Central)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Genauigkeit, Teamorientierung
