Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring ondersteunen zij klanten binnen onder andere de industrie, automotive, food en defensie. Wat hen onderscheidt, is het full-service model waarbij klanten worden ontzorgd op het gebied van apparatuur, reinigingsmiddelen, onderhoud, training, compliance en afvalverwerking. Hoewel de organisatie internationaal al jarenlang succesvol is, bevindt de Nederlandse markt zich nog in een sterke groeifase. Momenteel wordt samengewerkt met circa 30 klanten, met de ambitie om dit de komende jaren uit te breiden naar ongeveer 450. Om deze groei te realiseren wordt geïnvesteerd in commerciële slagkracht en zoeken zij een Sales Development Representative die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere uitbreiding van de organisatie binnen Nederland. De functie Als Sales Development Representative ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leggen van de eerste commerciële contacten met potentiële klanten. Je benadert prospects, brengt hun behoeften in kaart en weet interesse om te zetten in kwalitatieve afspraken en concrete kansen. Daarbij bouw je relaties op met verschillende stakeholders en leg je de basis voor langdurige samenwerkingen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om kansen te creëren binnen de Nederlandse markt en hebt direct impact op de groei van de organisatie.
