Als Sales Development Representative bij iDocta ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten. Jij opent deuren. Je belt bedrijven op, ontdekt waar hun uitdagingen liggen en zorgt ervoor dat onze accountmanagers aan tafel komen bij de juiste prospecten.

Geen ingewikkelde verkooppraatjes. Geen eindeloze theorie. Wel: bellen, luisteren, overtuigen en afspraken maken.

  • Prospectielijsten afbellen en nieuwe opportuniteiten spotten
  • De eerste interesse wekken bij potentiële klanten
  • Afspraken inplannen voor de accountmanagers
  • Je opvolging strak bijhouden in het CRM
  • De printmarkt leren kennen van binnenuit, zodat je weet wat je verkoopt

Repetitief werk? Ja. En net daarin zit de kracht. Wie volhoudt, leert het snelst.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van contact met mensen. Je houdt van een goed gesprek, bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken en weet dat een “nee” gewoon onderdeel is van het spel.

  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in sales, klantencontact of telefonische prospectie. Of je hebt bewezen dat je goed bent met mensen en klaar bent om daar écht iets mee te doen.
  • Je woont in de buurt van Waregem en werkt vanuit ons kantoor
  • Je hebt veel goesting om te leren en bent een doorzetter: een nee brengt je niet van je stuk
  • Je neemt ownership: je wacht niet af, je pakt aan
  • Je haalt energie uit resultaat boeken, ook als dat tijd vraagt
