Bij Stuvex beschermen we werknemers en industriële installaties tegen stofexplosies.

In de procesindustrie zijn dit geen uitzonderingen, maar reële risico’s. Wij ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden systemen die incidenten voorkomen of de impact ervan beperken – van detectie en preventie tot actieve beveiliging en isolatie.

Onze oplossingen worden toegepast in sectoren zoals voeding, chemie, pharma, houtindustrie, energie en afvalverwerking. We werken end-to-end: van engineering en productontwikkeling tot installatie, commissioning en onderhoud.

Met een team van ongeveer 50 mensen en vestigingen in meerdere Europese landen maken we sinds 2025 deel uit van de STIF Group, wat onze internationale slagkracht versterkt. We groeien, en daarom zoeken we ter ondersteuning van die groei een Sales Engineer Explosion Protection BELUX.

Functieomschrijving:

Stuvex groeit en versterkt zijn commerciële slagkracht in de BELUX-regio. Daarom zoeken we een ondernemende Sales Engineer met technische voeling, commercieel talent en een gestructureerde aanpak.

Je neemt het voortouw in de regio – je ontwikkelt de markt verder, versterkt onze positie en realiseert resultaten waar zowel jij als Stuvex op lange termijn de vruchten van plukken.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je ontwikkelt een gestructureerde commerciële aanpak voor de regio BELUX
  • Je beheert zowel korte salescycli als strategische lange-termijnprojecten
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar technisch haalbare oplossingen
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande én nieuwe klanten
  • Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen en deelt inzichten met de organisatie

Wie zoeken we:

  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in B2B technische sales, bij voorkeur met systeemoplossingen in een industriële context
  • Ervaring in industrieën die droge stoffen behandelen is een meerwaarde
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels – Duits is een plus
  • Bereid om enkele keren per jaar binnen Europa te reizen

  • Pragmatisch en matuur: je houdt het hoofd koel en focust op wat werkt
  • Commercieel sterk: je voelt opportuniteiten aan en zet ze om in resultaat
  • Technisch onderlegd: je hebt oog voor haalbaarheid en spreekt de taal van engineering
  • Ondernemend: je voelt je thuis in een KMO waar nog niet alles vastligt en je krijgt graag ruimte om je regio uit te bouwen
