Webdom desarrolla productos y servicios de monitorización y control de parques solares fotovoltaicos. Tareas: · Definir la solución técnica y el presupuesto económico asociado, estudiando y analizando los requerimientos especificados del cliente y atendiendo a las necesidades de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos. · Realizar la lectura, la comprensión e interpretación de los documentos, especificaciones técnicas y diagramas unifilares. · Proponer soluciones a ofertar atendiendo a los requisitos, peticiones y presupuesto de los proveedores. · Realizar los estudios de costes y precios de venta. · Realizar estudios y simulaciones de las instalaciones. · Elaborar la documentación de propuestas y ofertas y realizar el seguimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos comprometidos. · Compartir de manera interna con los departamentos responsables, las necesidades detectadas procedentes de los clientes, así como la evolución del mercado, recopilando y trasladando información clave. · Realizar y gestionar los pedidos en el sistema de gestión, así como colaborar en que los departamentos involucrados son conocedores. · Proporcionar soporte técnico al cliente para la resolución de dudas y defensa de la propuesta comercial, trasmitiendo la cultura y los valores de Webdom, así como cumpliendo los compromisos, las políticas y prácticas recogidas en la ética empresarial. · Colaborar con el resto de las áreas involucradas para la elaboración y desarrollo de las ofertas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos. · Colaborar en las reuniones de traspaso de los proyectos al área de Project Management..
