Als Sales & Event Executive ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel uitbouwen van de Meetings & Events-activiteiten van een hoog aangeschreven hotel te Knokke.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven, event agencies en particuliere klanten die op zoek zijn naar een exclusieve locatie voor meetings, congressen, incentives, productlanceringen, privé-evenementen en luxueuze verblijven.

Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, zet aanvragen om in bevestigde reservaties en begeleidt klanten van het eerste contact tot een succesvolle uitvoering van hun evenement.

Samen met je collega's draag je actief bij aan de verdere groei van het hotel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Sales

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe zakelijke klanten aantrekken.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bedrijven, event agencies en bestaande klanten.
  • Snel en professioneel opvolgen van commerciële aanvragen.
  • Opstellen, presenteren en opvolgen van offertes en contracten.
  • Onderhandelen en afsluiten van commerciële dossiers.
  • Actief inzetten op upselling en cross-selling van kamers, restaurants, wellness en andere hotelservices.
  • Realiseren van de vooropgestelde commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Marktontwikkelingen en concurrentie analyseren en vertalen naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Correct beheren van klantgegevens en commerciële dossiers in het CRM-systeem.

Events

  • Organiseren en coördineren van meetings, congressen, bedrijfsevents en privé-evenementen (oa ladiesnights, brunches, etc)
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Front Office, Food & Beverage, Keuken, Housekeeping, Wellness en Operations om elk evenement vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke function sheets en zorgen voor een correcte interne briefing.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, service en een uitzonderlijke gastenbeleving.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen Hospitality, Sales. Opleiding Marketing of Event Management is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de hotel-, hospitality- of eventsector.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, straalt professionaliteit uit en bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen.
  • Ervaring met sociale media of digitale marketing is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een pluspunt).
  • Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit
