DEINE AUFGABEN

* In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist du - gemeinsam mit dem Key Account Management für die Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie für die Neukundengewinnung im Bereich Managed Service zuständig

* Du verstehst Kundenwünsche und kannst diese in standardisierten Serviceprodukten oder individuellen Projekten abbilden und diese dem Kunden verständlich erklären

* Du stellst die Lieferfähigkeit für individualisierte Services gemeinsam mit Service Delivery sicher

* Ausarbeitung von Managed-Service-Verträgen

* Erstellung von Managed Service Kalkulationen, Präsentationen und Forecasts

* Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Serviceprodukte

* Durchführung von Schulungen für das Key Account Management im Bereich Servicevertrieb

* Präsentation von Angeboten, Produkten, Services und Lösungen direkt bei unseren Kunden und auf Events

* Planung von zentralen Salesinitiativen und Kampagnen sowie Marktanalyse und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte

DEIN PROFIL

* Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche

* Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Serviceprodukten und bist mit ITIL Prozessen vertraut

* Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in der Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen

* Neben einer ausgeprägten Ziel- und Erfolgsorientierung setzen wir Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie gute Englischkenntnisse voraus

* Persönlich überzeugst du durch einen professionellen Auftritt, gute Selbstorganisation und hohe Teamfähigkeit
