Van prestigieuze concertzalen en theaters tot innovatieve cruise- en sportaccommodaties: als Projectmanager ben je betrokken bij unieke projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om klanten wereldwijd te begeleiden en zorgt ervoor dat elk project succesvol wordt gerealiseerd.

Deze werkgever is al meer dan 40 jaar gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en installatie van infrastructuur voor theaters, auditoria, conferentiecentra en sporthallen. Dankzij onze technische expertise en volledige productie in eigen beheer bieden we klanten een totaaloplossing van ontwerp tot montage. Vanuit onze site in Pelt werk je samen met engineering, calculatie en productie aan unieke projecten in Europa, Noord-Amerika en daarbuiten. Je zit dus niet in een klassieke salesfunctie, maar in een technische en projectmatige omgeving waar jouw werk rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de realisatie van tribunes en zitoplossingen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt;

  • Je stelt offertes op op basis van plannen, bestekken en contractdocumenten.
  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille
  • En ondersteunt externe sales collega's waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met engineering en calculatie om correcte en haalbare offertes op te maken.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en sales vertegenwoordigers via mail, telefoon en Teams.
  • Je volgt leads en lopende dossiers actief op van offerte tot beslissing.
  • Je laat prototypes of modelstoelen uitwerken in samenwerking met de prototypedienst.
  • Je neemt af en toe deel aan klantenbezoeken of beurzen.
  • Je krijgt interne opleiding en begeleiding van ervaren collega's binnen sales en engineering.

Wij zijn op zoeknaar kandidaten die aanleunen bij onderstaand profiel;

  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan plannen en technische documenten lezen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en volgt dossiers correct op.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt initiatief in je werk.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Ervaring in sales of offertes is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
