Voor een innovatieve Belgische producent actief in gespecialiseerde coatings voor de professionele markt zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Manager.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille binnen de Benelux.
  • Organiseren en uitvoeren van klantenbezoeken.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij vragen en opmerkingen.
  • Opstellen van bezoekrapporten en rapporteren aan de Sales Director.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Verzamelen van klantfeedback en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Adviseren van klanten en meedenken over passende oplossingen.
  • Volgen van productopleidingen en deze kennis overbrengen naar klanten.
  • Deelnemen aan nationale en internationale beurzen.
  • Samenwerken met technische collega's bij testmomenten bij klanten.

Ondersteunen van productinnovaties en introducties op de markt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor diploma in Marketing, Chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en sociaal in de omgang.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om zelfstandig rapporten op te stellen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Klantgericht, ondernemend en oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring in het zelfstandig beheren en uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en gemotiveerd om klanten verder te helpen.
  • Teamspeler met oog voor interne samenwerking en kennisdeling.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef.
  • Flexibel naar werkuren en bereid om af en toe kort op verplaatsing te verblijven.
