Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Sales Manager ben je de strategische spilfiguur de sleutelfiguur zijn binnen de sales afdeling op vlak van people management en operationele coördinatie. Je bouwt onze logistieke en commerciële diensten verder uit ten bate van een duurzaam en betrouwbaar partnership met onze klanten. Hierbij ben jij dé vitale schakel tussen het bedrijf en de klant. Om een goede dienstverlening te bieden, engageren we ons om pro-actief mee te denken met onze klanten en flexibel in te spelen op hun behoeften en wensen.

  • Je neemt het voortouw in klantendossiers, onderhandelt op high level niveau en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor de verdere operationele uitwerking van deze deals.
  • Communiceren is jouw tweede natuur. Niet alleen zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor overkoepelende projecten, je bent meteen ook het aansprekingspunt voor onze interne afdelingen.
  • Je vertaalt en coördineert klantenbehoeften naar projecten en procedures, biedt oplossingen voor vragen en problemen van klanten. Verder draag je als eindverantwoordelijke zorg voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van deze klantenrelaties.
  • Je denkt niet in het nu, je denkt ook in de toekomst. Je speelt gretig in op nieuwe opportuniteiten en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Jouw strategie draagt bij tot het optimaliseren van onze diensten en processen, zowel op korte als lange termijn.
  • Je boekt resultaten samen met je team. Je betrekt je team actief in de processen, evalueert en stuurt hen bij waar nodig.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Wij zoeken voor deze functie een gedegen kandidaat die zijn acties weet af te stemmen op het behalen van doelstellingen en resultaten.
  • Je bent sterk in het detecteren van behoeften en je bent oplossingsgericht; dit zowel naar klanten als je medewerkers toe. Onze ideale kandidaat is assertief, stipt, ondernemend, enthousiast, zelfzeker, vindingrijk, consequent en nauwkeurig.
  • Een gedegen en bewezen ervaring (min. 6 jaar) in de sales in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Bachelor niveau in een logistieke en/of sales richting.
  • Professionele kennis van het Engels is een must.
  • Uitstekende kennis MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
