Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Manager ligt jouw belangrijkste focus op new business en relatiebeheer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe bedrijven STAEL leren kennen en bouwt deze contacten uit tot duurzame samenwerkingen. Hoe je dat doet? Daar krijg je veel vrijheid in. Telefonisch, via LinkedIn, tijdens een bedrijfsbezoek of op een netwerkevent: jij weet hoe je deuren opent en kansen creëert. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten binnen de procesindustrie en technische markt. - Genereren van leads en voeren van commerciële gesprekken. - Omzetten van nieuwe contacten naar concrete opdrachten en samenwerkingen. - Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen in de markt. - Vertegenwoordigen van STAEL bij klanten en netwerkbijeenkomsten. - Meedenken over onze commerciële strategie en positionering. - Samenwerken met onze recruiters om nieuwe opdrachten succesvol in te vullen.
