Onze klant is een sterk groeiend internationaal georiënteerd bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van een uitgebreid en hoogkwalitatief gamma topkwaliteitsproducten. Het bedrijf realiseert een omzet van ongeveer 70 miljoen euro met een performant team van 170 geëngageerde medewerkers. Mede dankzij het sterke team, de topproducten en een internationale expansie kent het bedrijf een gestage groei. Om de verdere internationale groei te continueren zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en ambitieuze Sales Manager Engeland

Jobomschrijving

JOUW ROL

  • In een eerste fase krijg je een grondige interne producttechnische opleiding
  • Vervolgens leer je onder de vleugels van onze ervaren sales director de markt kennen en integreer je je stelselmatig in de rol van International Sales Manager Engeland
  • Je inspireert jouw team van accountmanagers met de bedrijfsmissie, -visie en -strategie met het oog op de verdere groei in Engeland
  • Je ondersteunt het kleine team van accountmanagers naar the next level: budgetten en targets definiëren, analyse van cijfers, acties definiëren en uitrollen, fieldcoaching, sales meetings en evaluaties met de accountmanagers.
  • Je bezoekt beurzen met het oog op de opvolging van de bestaande marktsituatie en de op de markt aanwezig producten.
  • Je biedt commercieel-technische ondersteuning voor bestaande klanten (eventueel in samenwerking met de product manager).
  • Je overlegt met product manager omtrent mogelijkheid tot ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten.
  • Onderhandelen en afsluiten van lange termijn samenwerkingsakkoorden samen met of na overleg met de sales director.
  • Je rapporteert aan de sales director.

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring
  • Je hebt een ruime internationale sales-ervaring, bij voorkeur ook in key accountmanagement in Engeland.
  • Je bent bereid gemiddeld ongeveer 50% van uw tijd te reizen naar Engeland, doorgaans korte meerdaagse buitenlandse verplaatsingen
  • Je hebt een perfecte kennis Nederlands/Engels en kennis van de Engelse (zakelijke) cultuur
  • Ervaring in de uitbouw van nieuwe markten is een sterke troef
  • Je bent een sterke positieve persoonlijkheid die op een professionele en assertieve manier met de (potentiële) klant en de accountmanagers in gesprek gaat
  • Je denkt voortdurend mee over nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je straalt vertrouwen uit en bent zeer gedreven en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een innovatieve en creatieve geest.
  • Je bent (en hebt een succesvolle expertise als) resultaatgerichte peoplemanager die zijn/haar accountmanagers weet te inspireren en enthousiasmeren voor dit mooi Engels project
  • Je woont op een haalbare afstand (max 1 uur rijden) van het hoofdkantoor (ruime regio Kortrijk)
