Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine_n 1 Sales Manager_in Polen Im Sales Management bist du überall dort zur Stelle, wo schnell und unkompliziert Raum gefragt ist. Du arbeitest mit Unternehmen jeder Größe. Von KMUs bis zu namhaften "Global Playern". Und das im jeweiligen Verkaufsgebiet innerhalb Polens.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du akquirierst neue Kunden und Händler

* Du reist innerhalb des jeweiligen Verkaufsgebietes und gestaltest deine Termine individuell, auf deine Kunden zugeschnitten

* Du baust langfristige Beziehungen und Netzwerke auf und pflegst unsere Bestandskunden

* Überzeugend präsentierst du unsere gesamte Produktpalette und führst zielgerichtete Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen

* Du berätst unsere Kunden und erarbeitest mobile Raumlösungen

* Du beobachtest den Markt und nützen Chancen und Marktpotentiale

* Du arbeitest und kommunizierst mit internen Abteilungen (Customer Service Management, Technik, Finanzen, ...)

* Du eignest dir aktuelles Produktwissen durch interne Schulungen an

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung und technisches Grundverständnis

* Umfassende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales/Vertrieb

* Verhandlungssicheres Polnisch (min. C1) und gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (min. B1)

* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 35%) und Führerschein der Klasse B

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
