Als Sales Operations Specialist werk je vanuit de Belgische hoofdzetel in de regio Jabbeke. Je ondersteunt de commerciële organisatie op het vlak van salesprocessen, pricing, tenders, data-analyse, systemen en rapportering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je ondersteunt het volledige salesproces en fungeert als centraal commercieel en administratief aanspreekpunt voor de salesteams.
  • Je coördineert tenders en grootschalige prijsaanvragen, berekent palletprijzen en volgt commerciële prijsafspraken en overeenkomsten op.
  • Je analyseert commerciële data, klantgedrag en KPI's en vertaalt deze naar inzichten, prognoses en managementrapporteringen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert salesgerelateerde systemen en bewaakt de kwaliteit en correctheid van salesmasterdata.
  • Je optimaliseert en standaardiseert salesprocessen en werkt samen met interne stakeholders aan een efficiënte commerciële werking.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een commerciële achtergrond en ervaring in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, proactief en communicatief sterk en hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en affiniteit met salesondersteunende systemen.
