Hoe ziet jou dag er uit als Sales/ Rechterhand?

  • Je bent de rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders en bedienden aan op de vloer.
  • Moeilijke personeelskwesties neem je kordaat vast.
  • Je bewaakt duidelijke regels, afspraken en procedures.
  • Je implementeert en verbetert interne flows.
  • De dagelijkse werking opvolgen en bijsturen.
  • Je werkt dossiers uit met externe partners, zoals een advocaat.
  • Je voert moeilijke gesprekken en neemt beslissingen.
  • Je groeit mee richting Operations Manager / General Manager.

Samen bouwen ze verder aan een duurzaam groeiverhaal met ruimte voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. Wie ben jij als Sales/ Rechterhand?

  • Je hebt een masteropleiding (handelswetenschappen, TEW of ingenieurswetenschappen) of een bachelor met ervaring en ambitie om manager te worden.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van zowel arbeiders als bedienden
  • Overtuigend en resultaatgericht: jij weet mensen mee te krijgen in je verhaal.
  • Je durft knopen door te hakken en neemt moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg.
  • Een natuurlijke leider met voldoende autoriteit om zowel arbeiders als bedienden aan te sturen.
  • Je straalt zelfvertrouwen uit, staat stevig in je schoenen en durft beslissingen nemen.
