Après une période de formation intensive, vous êtes responsable du développement des affaires et de la commercialisation de notre gamme de produits de qualité dans votre région sur le terrain. Vous le faites en fournissant des conseils commerciaux et techniques, ainsi qu'en offrant un soutien et un suivi au client lorsque cela est nécessaire. Vous cherchez également des solutions sur mesure pour le client.

Toutes les informations nécessaires sur les clients vous sont fournies via l'outil intuitif Salesforce ainsi que diverses pistes.

Un aperçu de vos nombreuses tâches 🤩

  • Fidéliser les clients et prospects à Cras afin de générer du chiffre d'affaires.
  • Aller activement sur le terrain et travailler notre marché pour accroître notre part de marché.
  • Traiter toutes les données pertinentes dans notre CRM (Salesforce).
  • Analyser les chiffres afin d'atteindre les objectifs et de pouvoir établir un budget correct pour l'année suivante.
  • Maintenir des contacts étroits en interne (avec nos Responsables de Magasin et les Ventes Internes) et en externe avec nos clients pour obtenir des informations précises.
  • Être présent lors de salons et d'événements pour représenter notre entreprise.
  • Être attentif aux opportunités sur le marché.

✔️ Vous inspirez confiance et dégagez un savoir-faire !

✔️ Vous disposez d'un diplôme de bachelier dans une filière technique ou équivalent par expérience.

✔️ Vous parlez couramment le français, une connaissance de base du néerlandais est un atout pour communiquer avec les collègues.

✔️ Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'utilisation de la tablette et des outils CRM (Salesforce).

✔️ Vous êtes prêt à vous former en continu.

✔️ Vous parlez le français et l'allemand.
