Voor ons team zoeken we een gedreven Sales Support die meer is dan alleen een administratieve schakel. Jij vormt een belangrijke steunpilaar binnen ons salesteam en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële dossiers tot in de puntjes worden voorbereid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je werkt mee aan het hart van onze commerciële werking. Geen dag is hetzelfde:

· Je maakt verkoopoffertes op van A tot Z: inhoudelijk sterk én visueel verzorgd.

· Je ondersteunt de Sales afdeling bij het calculeren en uitwerken van offertes, tenders en aanbestedingen.

· Je analyseert lastenboeken en denkt proactief mee over de opmaak, inhoud en prijssetting van offertes.

· Je neemt actief deel aan interne offertebesprekingen en levert een constructieve bijdrage.

· Je staat in voor het professionele onthaal van nieuwe klanten en beheert de commerciële correspondentie.

· Je houdt alle documenten van de commerciële afdeling up-to-date.

· Je werkt samen met de Marketingafdeling aan de visuele uitwerking van commerciële documenten en presentaties, onder andere in Canva.

Je bent een gedreven professional die graag structuur brengt en initiatief neemt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

· Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

· Je bent klantgericht en denkt graag mee vanuit de behoeften van de klant.

· Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig.

· Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.

· Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt interesse in salesactiviteiten.

· Je kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende processen, deadlines en prioriteiten.

· Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.

· Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.

· Ervaring met Canva is een pluspunt.

· Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren.
